I'm doing DC Training, so right now my 3 exercises are:
Hammer Incline
Seated Hammer
Incline DB
I train alone and use heavy weights so I have to use exercises where if I don't have a spotter, I won't die.
I like inclines for chest exercises. Seen a lot of tears and other injuries from flat benchers. Any type of flies seemed to give me a good pump, but never really lasted. Presses are more efficient and effective. Never really been a fan of decline either.
My next chest exercise (when I can't progress on one of the current ones anymore) will be weighted dips. Looking forward to those again!
But, I believe the thing that's helped my chest most has been fascia stretching. I think this is something that everyone who's been training for say, a year or more, should do.
