21 yrs old been lifting seriously for a year and a half (before was lifting on and off eating 1-2 meals a day). No cycles under my belt still natural. Planning on running first cycle when im 22/23 still havent made my mind up. Just came off a 8 week cut as I felt I put on too much fat, included before and after pic. Now have started bulking again but will try maintain current bodyfat.

Best I can do for now. Cant get them to show up in the forum. Still pretty fat. But only back training 11-12 weeks after a 18 month injury layoff.








EDIT: almost forgot... 6'0" about 246-247 right now. Pulled a muscle in my lumbar region last week and havnt been able to do cardio for about 7-8 days. But can still train fully.

Holy shit bro....thats a thick cycle. What are your doses if you dont mind me asking? Any issues with the deca tren mixing?
How much have you gained from start to now?

In your pic you look hard as nails and like you have zero deca bloat....lucky bastard.

Deca 300mg
Tren 400
I just started anadrol this week ( I have been making crazy strength gains but want a little more size so added it in mid cycle

I was having a little trouble with getting the little guy hard but after 2 weeks of prami that problem is solved. No other sides yet

Hahahahaha. I swear I'm 181lbs. I am definitely a lot stronger lower body than upper. For example: I bench 225 for a set of 12. Or 245 4x3. But just tonight on squat I did 350,355,360,365,370 for 3s with 2 minutes in between.

no, 3% is not humanly possible anyway, that is a myth ..

more like 6-8%

trust me, most people grossly underestimate their body fat percentage.

there is some fat called essential fat (mainly your brain and the fatty tissues in and around your inner organs) that cannot be lost by dieting. (i mean unless you starve yourself to death)
for an adult person that will account for about 3-5% body fat . so 8% is actually super low, about the lowest one could get.

I always lol when i see someone claim theyre under 10% with a visible layer of fat on their body.

Because dieting limits you to burning the subcutaneous fat am I correct on that?

So this would mean calipers are far off! 10% is more like 15%
