post injection swelling.

I know you must get sick of seeing these but im not sure what to do.

I injected 1cc in my shoulder. The injection felt fine. Its been 12 hour after the inject and I noticed a large bump on my shoulder, it feels like a corky when I move my arm but the large amount of swelling is disturbing. My shoulder has been uncontrollably twitching for about 6 hours following injection

No redness, and its not warm so I dont think its infected.

Any advise would be very appreciated.

Probably just a bad pin, too close to a nerve. How deep did you go? If you don't pin deep enough it can make your delt look bigger but it won't hurt or turn red. You should be fine in a few days

I put the whole inch in. The injection felt fine it only really now that it hurts.

What did you inject. Some compounds are more painful to inject that others. Also if it's your 1st cycle a new muscle will be painful

It was sust 250 and it was a ml.
5th time I have ever done that shoulder.
Swelling is getting worse and worse by the hour. :S

I've heard a heating pad and massage the area.
