possible to get lean quick 4 weeks while on

yo guys, if u dont know my story ill just sum it up quick, havent touch gear since end of january this year cause waiting for gyno op which is on 25th june or 17th july still deciding, still training and eating ok , but b4 this i was about 230lbs 9% bf at 5"10 im bit lighter now and about 12% bf, when i gear up i make sure everything on track, first 4 weeks when i start i it possible to get below 10% since i had it before, something like test pop , tren ace, proviron with dialed diet and training, then after that will bulk heavy again to get over 250lbs offseason weight

From 12% BF to below 10% in 4 weeks is no problem. You may have to sacrifice a little muscle mass too but clean diet and daily cardio will get you there no problem.

Test/tren/winny is my favorite cycle for cutting. Many here recommend masteron with that and I'll be trying that soon.
 
Ok, so how about from 15% to 8% in 12 weeks? :supercool

Since you didn't give your weight, I'll give a generic example:

At 180lbs you'd have to lose 14lbs of fat and maintain all your lean body mass to go from 15% to 8% BF.

Just by dropping your calorie intake by 500 cal/day you can lose 1lb/wk naturally (12lb total, although you would not maintain all your lean body mass).

With gear, a very strict diet, and proper training it could be pretty easily done.

Actually im around 14% right now...

but my cycle is as follows..

Weeks 1-6

100mg Test Suspension ED
75 mg Tren Ace ED

Weeks 6-8

25mg Test Suspension ED
75mg Tren Ace ED
400mg Primo EW

Weeks 8-16

25mg Test Susp ED
400mg Primo EW
50mg Anavar ED
50mg Winstrol ED

I am trying to find out where to throw in my Albuterol/T3 stack in this cycle.


My daily KCals will be around 5000 on a cyclic Ketogenic diet and a 60 hr supercompensation carb load Fri-Sun.

Fat and protein sources will be super clean

My training split will be Sunday strictly calisthenics, Mon, Tues, Wed and Thurs off.. Depletion workout Fri. And Saturday.

Cardio will be ED 15 mins which I can usually run 2 miles @ 8.2 mph

Sorry bro... Im 5'8 @ 220 and honestly I am totally guesstimating 14-15% BF.. But I am well versed and know my body and id say thats about right where Im at. 36" waist

looks ok. Start the primo about 4 weeks sooner then you plan to. How many cycles have you done in the past? You can run the t-3 all the way threw but the clen you chould cycle 2 weeks on 2 weeks off.
 
Yea bro, do the keto....and the androgens to maintain and maybe even gain some LBM....do a slight defecit towards the end, and boom. Lean. Vascular. DONE.

OK, so you're talking about losing 17lb of BF in 14 weeks. No problem; for that you'll need to drop your calories by 600cal/day below maintenance level (from around 3,500/day down to 2,900/day for you).

Ive done about 6 cycles. I am currently on over a year layoff. I am a little leary about running T-3 all the way through simply because of all the intense cardio I will be doing. I was actually considering running it the first 4 weeks when I start the primo, then let the primo and anavar magic take over.

run it for 6 weeks. Maybe even 8. it takes 2-3 weeks to get going anyway.

You wouldnt deficit all the way through?

OR are you saying slash my kcals from 2900 to 2200 the last 3 weeks or so?
