yo guys, if u dont know my story ill just sum it up quick, havent touch gear since end of january this year cause waiting for gyno op which is on 25th june or 17th july still deciding, still training and eating ok , but b4 this i was about 230lbs 9% bf at 5"10 im bit lighter now and about 12% bf, when i gear up i make sure everything on track, first 4 weeks when i start i it possible to get below 10% since i had it before, something like test pop , tren ace, proviron with dialed diet and training, then after that will bulk heavy again to get over 250lbs offseason weight
