Heathers a fuggin scene I can't take it anymore. She got stumped when she made that thread about Brothabill and she acted like she didn't --- not just that but she started pointing fingers at everyone else saying that were slow and callin me a moron.

I don't really give a fuck, but she's wants to be Dr. Phil so bad that everything that she does and says is correct even when its not. And her stupid smart ass quotes need to stop especially when she think she can just subliminally say them in eveypost like she does.

I went overboard, i should be on timeout for the shit I said, but she isn't no EF prophesy, she isn't no sex goddess, and now she thinks she's ms. physchiatrist and can tell you how to think. Way to political and opinionated for me to handle anymore. Had to put her down today

I think my pct is killing my diet. Especially clomid. shit has been making me moody and giving me these carb cravings.
 
bro you should really do cardio at least 3 times a week. seriously. at least do an incline walk for an hour or so, or an eliptical. Running doesn't always have to be the way.

I do a slow incline walk, gets my heart to 130bpm
 
cardio is the only way you can really cut. Especially at the high caloric diet you have. When your trying to cut fat it really doesn't matter what type of food you put into your body (protein/carbs/fats) it all has to do with your calorie intake. Calories in Calories out. You need to be in a caloric deficit to lose fat. Cardio extremely helps in cutting excess calories after your workout. just trying to help a nig out.
 
Don't get me wrong I know you said you wanted a lean bulk but the fat on you that you have will not dissapear with a clean bulk, it will still be visable, your body and muscles will just be growing under it unless you choose to cut calorie intake.

ill be eating enough calories to grow as well as doing cardio

so then cutting fat isn't really an issue for you right now?

You understand that you cant grow if your cutting fat because you must be in caloric deficit to burn fat cells. And you cant grow unless you store excessive calories that you havn't used. So its either one or the other.

it's awesome. Just ordered a HDMI cable for it so I can watch some blu ray dvds and get better picture during the game. This thing is going to be so sweet when they start tapping into it's actually power.

fall of man is addicting as shit.. I think it's worth it but then again I just got dumped so I have a lot of free time ;)
