"POP" in right shoulder

Well guys,my rush and cycle are over for now. I had a bad day at the gym working shoulders. Felt a pop in my right shoulder doing military press. The MRI came back with a positive rotator cuff tear. Hopefully I will be having this fixed this week if the Dr. can fit it into his schedule. I guess I will just start my clomid a little early. Do any of you guys know if the sust and Eq will have any negative side effects on my body going into surgery, as far as bleeding or healing? I will keep you all posted as to how things go.

Bleeding wise it can delay clotting. Recovery wise it can help promote tissue meshing by increasing the amounts of blood volume which in turn stimulate the meshing of actin/myosin.

Don't juice before or for about three weeks after.

Your rotor cuff may have the most flexibility, but it's also the most instable. You want it to heal naturally to insure proper range of motion and ensure it's ability to handle tension.

Do they have to enter the shoulder or is it a tear that can be arthroscopically fixed? Whichever, you want the least amount of scar tissue. Steroids can make the deltoid grow faster than your joint can handle, which places more torque on your joint than it can handle, especially if it's surgically repaired.

There's a lot more involved but the above is a brief description to help you.

i tore mine. it kept me out off the gym for about 7 monthsexcept for working legs twice a week. i didn't want to rush it because the doc said if i did it again, i probably wouldn't be able to lift anymore.

The Dr. that will be doing my surgery is one that I work for. He does a great job on cuff repairs. I will have an open repair done. Arthroscopic repairs just dont seem to hold up as well as open repairs. We have redone many arthroscopic repairs, they may be good for older people, but for someone in there early 30s, I would much rather have a mini open procedure. My problem is that I gave myself a shot of 600mg Eq and 500mg of Sus on Sunday. Same day I tore it, so that is why I am concerned about bleeding times. Any advice?

Anticoagulants are contraindicated for steroids as it is well known that steroids thicken the blood thus reducing the effectiveness of blood thinners
