ruggermu New member Apr 18, 2005 #3 Looks OK, give it a shot. Once a week doesn't work so great for me either. I tried twice a week but found once every 5 days(3 times 2 weeks) is best for me. Try it and see what works for you

V view New member Apr 18, 2005 #4 so long as you stick to core exercises and have a good diet, the results should be good with that routine. Just be sure to encorporate some type of progressive overload and deconditioning.
