plz critique my workout routine

monday-back/bi's/abs
tuesday-chest/tri's/shoulders
wensday-legs/abs
thursday-off
friday-back/bi's/abs
saterday-chest/tri's/shoulders
sunday-off

Doing each muscle once a week didnt work for me so thats why im thinking of doing each muscle 2 times a week
 
Looks OK, give it a shot. Once a week doesn't work so great for me either. I tried twice a week but found once every 5 days(3 times 2 weeks) is best for me. Try it and see what works for you
 
so long as you stick to core exercises and have a good diet, the results should be good with that routine.

Just be sure to encorporate some type of progressive overload and deconditioning.

what do you mean didnt work for you? didnt see gains?
