Right now I'm doing upper body and lower body and I'm alternating day by day:
Monday I do upper body
Tuesday I do lower body
Then I take a rest day on Wednesday
Then Thursday upper body
Friday lower body
and rinse and repeat
I'm looking to change that up a little bit. Do you think that there is a better way to work out instead of that? I'm looking to build more lean muscle mass.
