macro/ulter - without me having to read each and every post here, can you tell me what you have changed in the ingredients (if anything) since this product first came out 2+ yrs ago? What have you increased, decreased, added/removed from the formula?

Better choline, more vinpocetin and more piracetim. that's what I remember off the top of my head.

No. That may have been the old form of Choline, I'm not sure. We haven't had a report of nausea in over two years that I am aware of.
