Long time brain fog sufferer, shrunken penis, extreme premature ejaculation, etc etc.

Never did any steroids but my symptoms look a lot like finasteride users, never did that too really...

After 10 years now I overcome most of these problems (if normal was 100% and at my worst i was 5% I am now 70%...)

But one huge issue stays...

If I masturbate for 30 seconds BAM something happens which flares up my penis, pelvic area and creates extreme brain fog making me a huge zombie again.

I have not had an orgasm for 2 years now and I never masturbate! It just isnt worth it.

Maybe this is not the right place for this topic I apologise but I am getting desperate.

I am now leaning towards it having something to do with DHT but I really am not sure.
