Actually I joined elite prior to entering this - this was a random thing I decided to do. I actually need advice about shredding down a little bit. If you have any advice let me know. I posted a post on the womens boards a few weeks ago, but did not get many responses.

my parents just bought a place in palm coast, so maybe I will do it for 4k. I originally was going to do it this year, but was turned off by the fact that I wouldn't be able to lift heavey for at least 6 months. They says 4 weeks till you can do light cardio, but 6 months for upper body training of any kind.

Be real careful of what doctor you choose. I wouldn't be swayed by cost. Pick the one with the most experience. Talk to some of his patients. Also, find out who will be assisting in the surgery. Get the name of the anesthesiologist, for example, and find out how much experience he/she has.
