Please Critique My Pictures!

khemix I think your pictures look great, it's nice to see someone with my height post a pic so I have a way to judge and set my goals.

you look good brotha...id hit heavy dips more...add some nice width and thickness to your chest...do you deadlift? just add overall mass to ya! iv got about 30lbs on ya, and ur 3 inches taller...id love to lean out tho...so much easier to bulk...and im not sure if im quite big enough to cut and look as big as id like...id go for a little more width to ur physique, but still maintaining the athletic look! love the arms! what are they measuring? and what weights do u train with besides squats?

Yes I know, this is an old friend from this board. His name is Metal Gear on here. I'm pretty sure he was arrested and jailed tho. He's good inspiration for me.

Crumb, thanks also for the encouragement. Yea, its hard to get real thick being 6'3. I dont know if your post was a good thing to me, but either way thanks lol.

Magman, yea my chest does indeed lack. It's strong, just doesn't seem to bulk. As far as width, im 49-50in around the chest, but I'm unsure if thats a good measurement. I've experimented with deadlifts, but only bent-over row. Being lean, yes, I'm about 7% bf or so. Enough to see veins in the top of my abs. Its hell to bulk for me as well and I've never cut, just have excellent lean genetics. I'd love to get wider, but it seems to be a problem. I've never really done heavy dips before, could you suggest a routine for width? The arms are only around 16", but for some reason look much larger. I think it's that they are very well porportioned. Here are the stats on weights:

Flat Bench: 300lb raw and unassisted.
Rep with 225lbs, 5 sets @ 4-10 reps.
Squat: 500+ raw and unassisted, parallel.
Rep with 375, 5 sets @ 4-10 reps.

Lat pulldown: Rep is 210lbs, 5 sets @ 10 reps.
Bicepts: On incline bench, indiviual curls: 50lb dumbell in each hand, 5 sets @ 4-10 reps.


These are only examples, I can give more in depth detail if you want. Again, thanks guys and I appreciate all the encourangement and advice! Karma is where it belongs.

Seven inches isnt too far to go, considering back and chest,thickness and width make up the measurement, not just chest. The arms would look real good at 19" at your height, and even better in the twenties. Sounds like your training is very solid also, though I would add deadlifts in. They are awesome, since I started doing them Ive gotten noticabally thicker and much stronger overall. Im a short guy compared to you at about 5'8-5'9 and my arms are one line under 18" and to me they are just starting to get decent. Depends on your goals really. Keep up the hard work!
