Please Critique My Pictures!

About what I look like right now except for lower bf. I am getting there. I am shorter though, will prolly be around 180 at the same bf level or less. Good job.
I'm guessing your late teens early twenties. You might want to try eating like a mofo if you want to get bigger. There are two ways to do it though. You can eat everything in sight no matter what, gain a lot of bf then cut down, or you can eat healthy but eat tons of it (This is the hardest to do financially and strictly), but this way you don't add the bf, just the lean mass. I have a friend that has the similar problem as you, just he won't eat like he should. Anyway I don't know what your goals are so I am not going to say you are too small. For me I cannot get too big or I won't be able to compete in my sport.

Your shoulder and tricep picture looks real good. Probably wear alot of sleeveless shirts, huh? Hehehe. It looks like you could use a little more upper chest. Keep up the hard work. Update us at the end of your cycle.
 
DDR has got it there. eat and eat until there is no tomorrow. Looks pretty tight thtough man. You are defintley a hardgainer bro. No point in you ever doing a cutting cycle. Stick to the mass builders. If I were you I would take some dbol instead of the drol. It is very potent, and you dont have to do the doses that you do for drol. How far are you into the cycle?

Test + Dbol + as much protein as you can eat and you multiply dude, trust me.

Pics look pretty good man. Hard to really see your legs from that pose. You seem to be in proportion. What is your back like?

You have a very nice base and good separation, hard to tell from the pics exactly what you need to work on, i'd just concentrate on the basics, deads, squats, presses etc to put on mass, that should be your biggest goal from what i can see.

Yes, I hold literally virtually NO water when on cycle. I'm a very hard gainer and always have been. The good thing about this is that the mass I do put on is very lean. Karma to you man, I really appreciate the thoguhtful input!

You guessed right on with the age. And yes, I eat as much as I can, but should still try to eat more. It literally doesn't matter what I eat. I could eat snacks all day and I wont gain any fat. Thank god for my metabolism and genetics.

Thanks for the comments Little Rage and hvywghtchamp, I agree my upper chest needs some major work. This is proabbly why my chest is the weaker link of my body.

Mavy, conserning the legs, I could squat 555lbs for 1 about 4 months ago....my legs are extremely powerful. This is also due to the fact I was a baseball catcher for many years. My last cycle consisted of dbol and test. I'm 2.5wks into my cycle. As far as my back is conserned I lat pull 200lbs for 10 reps of 5 sets. My back is poretty thick, but VERY shredded. Ill get a pic when i can get someone to take it.

Since I'm going to go all out on this cycle i may run dbol and 'drol back to back, or with a small break to see how i react to each. Try not to flame me guys lol. I really appreciate everyones comments and karma to everybody! lol. Thanks again guys.

Looks good man, were on about same boat as being hardgainers IM 6'1 almost 6'2 weigh 177lbs...the lbs pound up there slowly for me...we look about the same on the chest and stomach area, but you got me beat for sure in the arms, good work...Im considering first cycle test sust 500mg for 10weeks. plus post cycle treatment and thats it....Im a super hard gainer so from what I see maybe second cycle sometime next year will be dbol and test, cause my goal at being 6'1 is like 220lbs...keep up the good work.

oh buy the way I am 268 15%bf 5" 11 and look pretty dam good for taking a year off. But keep up the good work
