i did 400mg deca and 500mg sust

it was awsome went form 171 to 185 1/2 WOOHOO i hit the 750mg sust one week DAM when that shit kicked in i felt it. Blood Pressure was up alittle to but that shot made me strong and gave me a huge BOOST


make sure u have clomids and HCG 4 weeks after last shot. might want to use them during the cycle too GOOD LUCK john

I weighed about 154lbs before my first cycle.

My cycles have been light. (deca at 200mg, Sustanon at 250mg, etc) If I did a gram of test like you probably did on your first cycle then I bet ide be 50lbs heavier than you!.

So think before you open your mouth and start blabbering bullshit.

Not everyone goes for the freak look anyway!

u need to do something with the winny rather then taking it eod because of the half life, either cut your weeks short on 50mg a day, or break the pill in half at 25mg a day would be better. The rest of the cycle looks good, and I like how you started out at 500mg of sust rather then 750. You don't want to hit yourself to hard out of no where, messes me up to. Listen 2 2thick about the prov also, it doesn't make sense those weeks 2 me.

I would take 500mg of deca and dont taper
