Please comment on my 4th cycle

I have Nolvadex, Clomid, and Proviron. I will be taking 25mg/day proviron on weeks 4,5, and 6.
I was thinking of adding some d-bol, but because it didn't benefit me much on my previous cycle I didn't.
I've never used 400mg of deca before (only 200mg) so I'm a bit concerned about deca dick, but i've thrown in some winstrol for a bit of deca safety and extra strength.
Winters coming so ill be bulking from now on.
My stats are age:23, 5ft 11", 198lbs, bodyfat = unknown (perhaps 10-12%).
Daily I will be consuming approximately 200-250g protein/day, and a minimum of 4000 calories, multivitamins, and cod liver oil caps.
Training will be 1 bodypart/day 5 x a week(no longer than 60 minutes) for maximum muscle recovery and musculay hypertrophy.
I appreciate anyones thoughts/suggestions.
