i'm almost done with my 1st which is :
wk 1-4: sust 500mg
wk 5-6: sust 750mg,eq 600mg
wk 7-8: sust 500mg,eq 600mg
arim. .25 ed throughout

i want to run fina 75mg eod and winny 100mg eod next cycle. need sugg. should that be enough to put on some good keepable size.

i'm now 5'8 181lbs 10% bodyfat, 168lbs and 13%bdyfat when started. wanna gain bout another10-15lbs next cycle

Make it easy.
1-8:sust 500mg
1-8:eq 400mg
4-8:fina*75mg/ed
5-8:winny*50mg/ed.

*Whatever dosage you choose for winny and fina,it should be taken ed for the best results.

is it ok to mix fina and winny in same shot or would that be stupid? just need to reduce the shots alil if possible

Yeah bro, I've never done Fina but from what I hear over at the Fina board it is okay to mix the two. You'll still be injecting about 9 times a week though!! That's what I'm kind of worried about for my next cycle. Which is going to be Sust, EQ, Dbol, Fina...

If you're worried about mixing fina and winny you can drink the winny... Personally im not worried, but i am gonna drink my winny anyway just cause....

I think that would be a good next cycle..I would add some test in there though..IMO Test should be the base of almost any cycle, make sure you throw in some Arimidex or Liquidex through out your cycle to keep the water off from the Test

thanks mustang, think that's what i'll do. anyone tried ethanate? thinkin bout throwin that in there with it.
