Pissing Problim

Hey bros

I have a question maybe some one can help me

I just took a real long piss, and as soon as i was done, it started to burn real bad turned dark yellow, and i was done but the pain of still having to piss was real strong, man i tried and tried but nothing, I actually jumped into aa real hot shower and a i got a few drops out.. ?

AT the moment im just more sacred i stil have a little discomfort down their but nothing like an hour ago..

I have been taking 30 mgs russion D-bol for 3 weeks,and 1000 mg of ALA. plus i hav ebeen taking 400 ml of Deca for about a month

ANy guys have an awnser!!!!!

Well whenever your piss is not clear, you need to be drinking more water. You didn't state what supplements you are taking. Certain things will tend to make you piss yellow and when it happens to me sometimes it burns also. Just up the water and see if it still happens......

You never know - the burning could be an STD

Drink some cranberry juice also. Works for me.

this has happened to me... up you water intake.. as soon as i did that it went away...
