I like the ease of a quad shot ... but I hate hitting a nerve or going through a vein ... and the chances of those happening on quad pins are always very high. I used to be able to pin my glutes no problems, but since I broke my back last year July, I have not been able to twist my torso as easily as before so I have settled for delts on 1cc and above pins and triceps for anything below 1cc ... makes it easier than contorting by torso ... but I wish I could still do glutes. My missus just tells me to fuck right off if I ask her to pin my glutes ... SIGH ...
