16 weeks with all your doing will pay off, just keep it moderate with the heavy stuff
 
make sure you opt for frequency vs that of demolishing a body part then letting heal for one weak

you wont burn enough calories or get enough protein turn over with the latter.
 
I am finding that out. What is hard is to keep reminding yourself to not go nuts in the gym! Having the extra vitamin help tends to get your mood and instinct in the gym going and if you don't remind yourself you will grab that heavy weight and then you will be wishing you hadn't!
 
totally its best to try to hit all the majors twice a week even if you have to cut back intensity

it simply burns so many extra calories and arguably helps hypertrophy
 
I have gone back to twice a week for all body parts, opting for more intensity and lighter weights (not much lighter) Sunday I should be posting up some pics of two weeks from last.
 
I agree. Of course by the time I get done with chest for example, i figure what the hell might as we'll do triceps. Old habits die hard.
 
Nothing like a little pressure! Don't be cutting me any slack now!
