thanks for all the kind words everyone, but the end of this season has come to an end. Thursday at 5pm i was 3.5. weeks out and training delts, during dumbell military press with only moderate weight 60lbs each hand, a felt/heard a snap, crackling, popping sensation to my left elbow. Went to ER and to make a long story short....i tore/ruptured my tricep tendon and will be undergoing surgery very soon. I felt and knew i was spot on, but it wasn't in the cards for 2008. I was still in denial the next 2 days, but then reality set in that this year wasn't going to be as evident by the extreme swelling, bruising, and no ROM, i than did what anyone prolly would have done to console the pain.....i headed to the nearest Burger King and got a whopper combo and cheescake and totally blew the diet. It really is amazing how fast you can go from looking like a freaky pro to a mere mortal walking the street!
