yeah I am not as super advanced as you but I did learn from helping others that there is a certain barrier NOT to cross once you pass a certain diet stage.
In retrospect your prolly right omega, but the mentality at the time was to still train heavy enough to still go in with as much thickness as possible. Yes, i could bang my head over this till eternity. Also, being lean so far out was kinda a strategy, i guess now not the correct one, of mine to essentially walk out there with ungodly conditioning an make everyone else in my lineup look fat. Its all about timing, and i thought i was on track because what my pics didn't show was still no striated glutes. Remember, this happened shortly after my warmup sets. It happened with 60 pounders in each hand, a weight i usually handle with ease. I usually go from 60's to 70's to 80's. I planned on stopping at 60's, but unfortunately it still snapped. But hell yes man, i'm never above anyone to listen and please do pm me with your opinion. I will certainly value it. Anytime bro. Another thing, some of the best advice i've ever gotton was from peeps that don't even compete. If been at this a long time, but this year was the first time i ever did the keto thing/ palumbo diet for my prep. Once this thing is healed and i start my comeback i will still do the keto diet, it is far superior from my old way of weaning down carbs with increasing cardio. I will certainly have to gauge my conditioning and not be 10 weeks out and look 3 weeks out, i was obviously too dry too long with too many workouts left to go which left me training for 7-8 weeks in a much too dry condition. But if it wouldn't have snapped, i would have looked like a genius and brought dexter jackson type conditioning. In retrospect, i guess it was roulette. The next step is surgery which i fear knowing that what BB'ers do make them at an increase risk undergoing anesthesia, i pray i wake up man. I do have a spiritual side, those with me on that, think of me in your prayer, i'm scared shitless. Peace out, gautho.
