It is nearly impossible to take pics of yourself posing. I took about 50 pics and they all came out like absolute garbage. They are pretty blurry but you get the idea of how I am looking.

I am 37yrs old 5'10 201 lbs and probably at 10% of so BF. Pics were taken this morning 4/24/09 at 8am after my bicep workout.

Thanks, I don't have any before pics unfortunately but I was like 165 lbs with 22% BF........Just kidding....I was bouncing around between 193-195lbs when I started and was probably close as far as BF is concerned. I am fuller, harder and much stronger with this extra weight. These products are the real deal.
