This was taken be just before this summer ,i bulked up alot over the last few months and think i"m going to go back down to that weight.around 200.

Ok im not a natty at all.if i had a scanner here i could embarass myself with my fat pics of myself from around ten years ago when i got up to maybe 225 lbs,that is,after i got all fucked up from a car accident and got all depressed.i'll find some befores when i get the chance.we'll all have a good laugh.

in this pic i was on simply 50 mgs of oral winny a day and 400mgs of cyp a week,thats it.ive used alot and tried alot over the last ten years or so and learnt what works for me and which doesnt.i love winstrol,definetely a favourite of mine.i think the cycle i did several years ago that had sust,winny,fina gold,and GH was probably my favourite but the Gh gave me bad carpal tunnel to the point of not being able to work at all for around six months.loved the gains but it fucked me up pretty bad.since this pic the beginning of this summer,i wanted to see how much size i could put on with winny ,sust tren and t3 .i put on maybe 15 lbs and felt great but didnt like the bloat.plus once i added in the tren couldnt do cardio to save ny life,i mean i couldnt walk around the block without getting shin splints so i put a bit of fat on as well.

So now im doing the dnp thing.i know how alot of people are going to flame me ,but i have been cycling dnp for years.since Dr.Zhang was around.some of you might remember his name from 7 or 8 years ago.so as far as experience,i have tons.right now im deciding what im going to use before the next summer,in the meantime im going to lean down as far as i can before hitting anything.
I am currently on my 9th day of 750mg's of dnp and i havent decided how much longer to stay on.if i start to hit an unbearable point i take half of a 250mg dnp instead of a whole and wait awhile to take the other half or i skip it.im only going to stay on for another day or two.im going to do this one week or so until next spring or so to keep lean as possible..the sides are bad for the first 5 or 6 days for me but drop and i can tolerate most except the rott i get in my stomach from time to time.i do have a slight resemblance to something in a zombie movie though.
