BodybuildingUniverse Plat Hero Platinum Nov 30, 2003 #40 yeah, I think it is more for sumo's. Honestly, I dont think much helps in a regular stance pull since it is basically all lower back, depending on your build. I just cant do 'em like that but I CAN squat comfortably with a narrow stance
