Shoulder:
Warm up rotators
Warm up dumb bell military press
3 sets dumb bell military press sometimes 4...10,8,6,4
3 sets Arnold press 3 sets of at least 8
Sides:
3 sets dumb bell side raises with the dip up top as if pouring a glass of water(critical) no lower than 8 reps
Fronts:
I alternate between seated front raises, incline barbell front raises, and drop sets with the 45,35, then 25 pound plates raises. It's different every week, but maybe that's why they are the flatest.
Rear:
Lay on the incline bench on a slight incline and do reverse flies comming up high and wide, not in the middle, to pinch the rear delt and give seperation from the delt to the trap
