She said that there is "overhwelming" evidence and that pretty much all scientists agree.

Is she right?

I bet Canadians would LOVE to see this 'global warming' they speak of.

Every GW study is done by a biased source that depends on it's findings for it's fundings.

Many MANY highly estabilished unbiased legit studies have been done, and they all debunked it as hogwash.

But don't expect the hippies to care. They have an agenda, and when you have an agenda. You tend to turn your ear off to anything that doesn't agree with you.

You see that a lot on EF too.

I kinda asked her somewhat off topic, she gave me a short answer but Im sure she would be able to PWN anyone on this board with evidence.

Just because COLD climates (Such as canada) exist, does not mean global warming isn't taking place. Global warming= "warming", not hell on earth.

I doubt it's simply hippy agenda. But anyway, you really think all the bullshit we do/put in air has NO effect on the enviroment? Specifcly, greenhouse effect/global warming?

no, unless 400 scientists are all wrong. You can ask her/ him if she ahs a degree in climatology, if they say "yes", then ask them why they disagree with the vast majority of scientists who make that their living...

I am not saying that what we do is zero sum, but it does look like global warming stopped in 1998 which was the earth's hottest year in the trend. Russian scientists are now saying we may go into a drastic cooling period due to unusually dormant sunspot activity.

Negligible compared with the amount of global volcanic activity and subsequent gaseous emissions released in to the atmosphere, or billions of flatulating livestock. What would you propose then? Summary bovine executions to reduce emissions? Is that what you want huh?! COW GENOCIDE??!!!11
