Thanks Rorschach, that's actually the look I was hoping for (the before, not the after ) I don't have to go over the edge to achieve that level of leaness. However it is hard as hell for me to put on size.
WalkingBeast, ya I was pretty low in B.F, but I didn't start out dieting for that show as lean as I am now (8%). I would come in about 160-165 right now.
