I am doing single leg stiff leg deadlifts with a dumbell - are they any good?

coolcolj New member Feb 13, 2007 #96 something about your strain and move up that reminds of me when I had that same problem that's all They're good and I would still do them, but nothing matches up with paused high bar oly squat stanced GMs, they will help your olys too IMO
