perisitent pubertal gynecomastia

Im 36 and have existing gynecomastia from puberty. My stats are

6'0
220lbs
14% bf,

I have some spread out lumps, hard to tell if it is adipose or breast tissue. My main problem is the damn puffy nipples, Im currently trying a long term nolva treatment. I have tried the following

low bf%, made it to 10%
andractim
lipoderm
currently trying nolva 20mg 3 times every day.

I've read a little about prolactin related gyno. Is it possible the puberty related gyno could be addressed at this stage by dostinex?

I think it's probably just fucked up estrogen fat distribution, but would try anything before throwing down $5000 (which is not available)

any new ideas on this plague?

any opinions on trying dostinex if the nolvadex fails?

I have been on nolva PCT for boldenone 60mg ed for approx 3 weeks, 60mg, ed.
btw.. I was using proviron for the last 6 weeks of my cycle.

I've heard from some people that 60mg per day in 3 doses until shrinkage occurs, then 40 mg ed for 3 months. Im not sure if its gyno or just puffy nips. Sometimes it looks like edema (water retention)

Bro, I had severe pubertal gyno. And, I know how bad it sucks. But, fuck if 5k will fix it. Then, start saving. I had my sugeries 10yrs ago. (they werent as good as they are now.) It took 4 surgeries and I had to leave the country for one bc USA at the time couldnt do the particular sugery I needed. I have no Idea how much money I spent. (well over 10k) But, it was worth every penny. Dont give me bullshit about I had more $ than you bc I didnt. I was able to save alot of $ bc I wasnt going out (bc I had TITs and couldnt get laid!!) If yours is as bad as mine you would save $ like a mother fucker.

I have a bit of gyno from puberty. I tried 50 mg nolva for 5 weeks and saw no reduction so I stopped wasting my money.

I think I'll post a picture so you guys can give me a take on my titties. also, for "awittyusername", I can afford it, I'm 36 and fairly well off, the problem is the humilation of telling my wife that I'm going to fork over $5k for a problem that she doesn't care about or see as an issue. She would let me do it of course, its just that asking is more humiliating then the problem itself. Of course if it could be done discretly>> too much $$$ to lie to the boss |0|

Bro, if it bothers you as much as it did me. Then, you shouldnt have trouble talking to your wife about it. She should support you. It is no dif than a girl getting an enlargement. If she doesnt buy it then tell her if you get it done then she wont have to share her bra's w/you anymore.

I realize that, and of course she would supoort me. However, I just dont know if it bothers me enough for surgery or if it is even bad enough for surgery. I need to first exhaust all other possibilities. Such as, a nolvadex course, and getting bf% below 10%. How much work did you have done? I dont believe I have the gland problem, just puffy, pointy nips!
