PCT for stopping mid cycle bc of gyno flair up?

I'm 27yrs old, 1751bs, 10-12% bodyfat

I am currently running a short summer cutter

WK 1-7 250mg sus 250 every 5 days
WK 2-7 50mg winny ed

Im in wk 5 and have noticed my left nipple has gotten sensitive and can feel a small lump behind it. I started taking .5 armidex eod and its gotten less sensitive.

If I stop now and start PCT to get this issue under control what should I run? Can I run the letro along side bc of the gyno issue?

I have hcg, nolva, a-dex on hand and letrozole will be here in a few days.
