Parsley leaf for heart health

I've had some minor heart issues, and my doctorrecommended me to supplement myself with parsley leaf – he says itis a very healthy and good supplement for the heart, and not only forthat. Do you know if it has any real helpfulness for me, or he isjust selling stuff or something like that?

Parsley leaf is indeed very good for heart health asit will block the homocysteine in your body, hence improving thehealth of your blood vessels. It has a ton of folic acid in it, orvitamin B is you'd like to call it like that. It is also very goodfor inflammations, so this is an additional benefit of parsley leaf. But keep in mind that it is also a mild diuretic, in case thismatters to you. In fact, you can find it in N2Guard along with dozensof other ingredients, all of which are very helpful.

If you 'supplement yourself' then your doctor hasn't sold you a single thing. In fact I'd think he's saved you a TON of money because it's gotta be cheaper than a Rx

The data behind parsley as a heart health aid are very poor.

If you like the taste of parsley, then add it to your food but I wouldn't waste your money on a parsley supplement.

The single best supplement you can take for heart health is fish oil and krill oil. Fish oil you can buy for cheap at costco. I buy my krill oil at n2bm.com

N2Guard is not cheap - is it a good supplement to use? Does it really work? What is krill oil - is it the same thing as fish oil?

N2Guard is definitely worth every penny of its price, as it has so many ingredients. Just check out the ingredient list - there are over 30 ingredients, including the very expensive NAC and TUDCA.

As for krill oil, it is basically the same thing. It is better, but fish oil is still good enough.

Krill oil is basically fish oil from little fish. They extract the oil from minos (also called krill).

It's kind of like comparing broccoli to broccoli sprouts. Both are healthy foods but broccoli sprouts has a lot of additional health benefits that broccoli does not have.

N2guard...it has 43 ingredients. If you were to purchase all those ingredients separately, it would cost a small fortune. N2guard really isn't that expensive when you think about how much you are really getting for that price.
