Panic Attack Pre / Post Injecting

I get a rush of euphoria hehe

All jokes a side I do as well...I was just telling the guy I lift with today that I feel like junky but the whole process just sets me off everything from getting the pin out of the wrapper to loading it to banging the oil, it's like therapeutic or some shit..love it none the less...

the funny thing about it is I used to be horrified of needles now even when I get a shot at the doctors I get all :evil:
 
Everything can be used for good or bad. I would suggest that you use that reaction to fuel your workout. Wait to pin yourself right when you go to workout. Even have warmed up some. Then when you get the panic attack attack the weights. Do a couple light quick sets then HEAVY triples. Hit it hard. DO battle with the weight. Your body is telling you you need to do battle so do it. Just direct it in a way that helps you.

Maybe my looking at things this way is why they kicked me out of the gym I was at before my new one. Some people have fight or flight. I don't have flight. Many years ago my father said "you'll be ok you're a survivor." I looked at him and said "fuck that shit I'm a conquer. I kick fucking ass."

So when your fear starts over you use it to generate the fight you need to kick some ass.
 
Yeah i acutally have had some thoughts about being a junky since i pin my self with oil, medicine that i really dont have to use since im not sick. What keeps me wanting to use steroids is, that i live such a healthy life, eating correctly, not drinking, not smokeing.. I now and then allow my self to drink but happens every 3-4td month.

I say: If im this healthy and living my life correcty, pinning and using steroids is not going to be bad for me.

If i was an asshole that did it for other purposes then for my self, then i would think otherwise.

I dont think hes talking about that fight or flight adrenaline rush bro, which would be a great benefit in the gym (provided you naturally are predisposed to "fight", as I am... and it sounds like you as well)... Hes talking about a panic attack. Theres no "harnessing" a panic attack, its a completely irrational and overpowering experience, all you can do is kind of ride it out and stay rational mentally, even though your mind is telling you otherwise. Just keep breathing deeply and at a normal, steady rate, and concentrate on that, and on the fact that your body is reacting to a nonexistant stimulus. If they didnt use to bother you I bet in a couple weeks you'll be lookin forward to that needle again!! The advice about injecting the quads from a seated position is good as well, its less stressful and just in case you are gettin these bad enough you think you might pass out you wont fall and bust your face on the counter you were just leaned up on!! Hope it gets better bro!
