Painful Ankle & Calf Pump?

I'm just wondering how am I supposed to burn off lots of fat and get ripped when whenever I try to run on the treadmill or do HIIT, I get vey painful ankle and calf pump? The calf pump I can handle, but the ankle pump is way too much for me.

What do I do to prevent or minimize it? I'm on a test e / anavar cycle.
 
I have the same problem.. taurine and bucket loads of water helps a huge amount

you just fell for the newb broscience that steroids are good for endurance athletes.

bigger, faster, stronger is a shitty documentary, but many newbs who watch it think its factual. its not. steroids DO NOT make you faster period. and before anyone chimes in to debate me on this know who you are talking to. I am a former champion endurance athlete and Ironman qualifier.

the only thing endurance athletes should stack is a LOW dose of GH, low dose of test, plenty of water/taurine, and if you are brave some EPO or buy an oxygen chamber/learn how to blood dope. that is your only way to get an edge. or you can do it the old fashion way and fly to Colorado or somewhere high up and train your ass off for a couple weeks before your race.
 
just add some GW-501516 and do away with that thing they call cardio. At least that's my philosophy..


lol studies have shown that gw501516 is almost useless without exercise. you can't just take it and sit on your ass all day and expect to lose fat lmao
