Painful advice....

After a lot of suggestions from peopl on the board I decided to do Deads on back day first. I didn't use much weight but I did a decent amount of reps 12-15 per set. After getting stared at by everyone in the gym, I proceeded to do the rest of my back and bi workout, and then it hit me.. I started to feel real funny.... I tryed to stretch a little but my back had swollen up to the point I looked like I had lat syndrome, the only problem was my arms were not flared to the sides. I did the rest of my workout in a lot of discomfort but with DEVASTATING RESULTS... So for all of you who helped thank you very much.......

I need to do them more often.

Wah...

I think I'll sit down in the gym and cry... every exercise I do, I'll bitch and moan about what I am doing and how I'll never be big. I'll just keep going into pissy fits, throwing 5 lb. plates around the gym like a pussy. :)

Now you know what you need to do... more deadlifts.

5lb plates!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No way! You must be massive. Good job bro keep up the good work. I am still working on those 2.5 pounders. I have a friend who can throw them around like discuses, he must be on the juice...It's so obvious. What does your cycle look like?

Deadlifts are the shit they seem to make your whole body strong. Stop acting like a baby the first time you do them it is a very big shock to yoor back. I would stretch your back good for the next couple days to keep it loose
