OK, chief, start talking.

1. How did you do?

2. What did you weigh?

3. What was your first real grub and how much weight have you gained? My buddies that have competed look monstrous a couple of hours after their first couple of binge meals. I think they actually look better after that with crazy fullness and vascularity.

4. Post some pics.

I know you worked your ass off. I hope it paid off.

Since, SAF is probably stuffing his face, does anyone know where I can find the contest results? I believe it was the Bev Francis Atlantic States.

I was at SAF's show cheering him on. He looked insane, best I have ever seen him. He is a close friend of mine and the guy was shredded and full. He was in the middle weight class and was definitely one of the best on stage. He placed 3rd and I believe he should have had second because the guy who took second was neither as shredded nor as big as Saf, that is my opinion and for the most part the crowds opinion. Saf deserved 2nd, but the guy who took 1st looked like a minature size Ronnie Coleman. I would have asked him to weigh himself if I were the middleweights because the guy looked like he weighed in at well over 200lbs. Infact the guy took 1st over all in the novice and 1st in the middle weight in the open and I would not doubt it if he took 1st in the over all for the open also. There was controversy about that guy being heavier than a middleweight. If the guy did not compete or was in the heavier weight class Saf should have had the show hands downs. He came out to eat with me and my friends after the pre-judging and what a difference it made, When he was called on stage to due his routine he looked bigger and sharper at night then he did in the day, he filled out big time. I have to say congrats to SAF. This was also the biggest show I have ever been to. There was around 19 middle weights and 20 heavy weights.

Thanks Steve. Yeah, that 3rd place trophy left a really bad tast in my mouth.. I know that I looked better than the kid that took 2nd, but fuck it, the show is over know, and I've got a ton of goodies at home that I've been eating and treating myself to. I've learned a lot from this. I'll be doing the Easterns in November, and I will do better at that show, even though I cant compete as a novice anymore, I'll have to compete in the Open division.
