END OF DAY 8
evening weight - 215 lbs
got legs/abs tomorrow which is my hardest day.
im focusing more on upper body at the moment though, my legs seem to over power my top half at the moment. im still setting PR's on leg movements though. my quads are def one of my strongest genetic points. hammies were lagging, but some hard training brought them up pretty fast, they responded very well.
still hitting the calfs hard though.
one of my younger brothers has sick calfs naturally, lucky fucker. i got stuck with match sticks to work on lol.
im hoping to see 212.5-213lbs morning weight tomorrow
