overtraining all time. will my body ever adapt it or will i die ?

you would be able to get a lot bigger if you worked out a lot less. Common newb mistake. More is not better for ectos like you. You should only be lifting 2-3 days a week, eating a lot, sleeping a lot, doing limited cardio. IF you want to gain some serious muscle, that is.

after 2 years of lifting i didnt gain any muscle for the last 1.5 years. i gained strenght though. currently i am just maintaining and preparing for a test cyle . i will perfect my diet and form until i have enough sustanon. would twice a week be enough when i am on 500 sustanon a week?
 
I'm a natural ecto and look at my avi. 6'2 170 lbs before I started. Got all the way to 247, and had I not screwed my shoulder twice, I could be 270 right now.

You know how many times per week I lift?

And each workout takes me less than an hour. LESS than an hour.


Eat more protein, and lay off the cardio. You're also eating a touch too many carbs. You should not be carrying that much BF given you are a natural broomstick.

You think taking juice will help when you haven't gained lean mass for 1.5 years and lifted 2 years total?

It just means your diet and training routine sucks balls.

How much do you weigh, height, and what weight do you use for your working sets of bench, squat, and deadlifts so I can get a sense of your strength?

how many years and how many cycles did it take to be like that? i dont think i can be like you unless i am on roids year round for 10 years. i eat too much to maintain i am too scared to lose muscle as it was so difficult to build it. my body loses strenght and muscle too quickly when i dont eat too much.

currenly my daily diet is :
1 pound red meat 1 pound chicken
mixed vegetable meal ( every vegetable that can be boiled in it around 10 kinds)
mixed cereals (every cereal avaliable around 20 kinds. whole and organic)
1 pound of fruits (grape pear apple banana mainly)
150 gr mixed nuts

whenever i eat less than 2 pounds of meat a day i lose strenght and muscle. i also have chrons disase i guess cant digest well. during cut i can only stop slow carbs (cereals) and lower nuts.that was the only way i could maintain muscle but low carbs kills my digestive system cant do it long time

3.5 years in total first 2 years of muscle gain + 1.5 years strenght gain only .

now i am 173 cm ( 5.8 inch)
76 kg ( 152 pounds)
24 years old

max lifting is :
deadlift 200 pounds for 5 reps
squat 220 pounds for 12 reps
bench 190 pounds for 5 reps

naturally my hand and upper body is too weak and my legs are good at endurance power and strenght. my legs dont even get sored i always stop because cant grap the bar anymore. i lift heaviest on Leg Extension - and -Leg Curl machines. i can run and cycle for many hours without getting tired but if i lift an emtpy bar using upper body only i get tired very quickly . 4 years ago before i started lifting empty bar for neck press was too heavy for me. just started to do squat and deadlift in the last 4 months because of 5x5
 
I accept it i am an idiot i never learn from mistakes. this time i went too far and managed to hurt my infamous invincible legs . every time i am depressed i go to gym and torture myself. now i can barely walk and every muscle fiber in my leg hurts. what i did in order was

140 lbs 6x15 bent row
160 lbs 6 x 15 reps deadlift
120 lbs dumbell lunges 6x 8
500 ASS TO GROUND SQUATS ON EMPTY BAR 10x50 (this is the one that killed my joints)
200 knee kicks 300 high kicks
15 min of rope skipping
30 min of HIIT on cycling (10 sec intense 10 sec slow 30 min in total)
1 hour slow pace cycling
1 x 8 dragon flags
100 sit ups


i dont think i will be able to workout for at least 10 days . will my body every adapt it or will it kill me one day?

Have you thought -call me crazy- in training as a peson? Just saying.
Or are you one of those guys that go to the gym to scream and put 400,000 lbs to do the halfway of the exercise...?
