Overtrained Newb with Eating Disorder?

Im a 5ft 10" 128lb 23M with a goal of staying lean, retaining the muscle I have but not bulking, and keeping up a chisled chest and abs at all times.
I am down from 165lbs a few years back and have pretty much conquered my battle with breasts and puffies that sucked!

Now I think I may be overtraing and over dieting but the results and gains have been so great that I can stop.

Please critique my routine and Diet, any thoughts would be Much appreciated.

THE 7 DAY a week ROUTINE

5A Wake up
-30 Pushups
-12 foregrip pullups
-12 undergrip pullups
-40 pushups on pushup stands
-20 leglifts/20 crossovers/10 reverse crunches
-3 X 20 standing dumbell curls into 10 over MilPress+a few shrugs
-3 X 100 crunches, 25% twisting motion
-2 50 yd Balls Out sprints down the street and back
-1 Minute of speed rope
-2 Min shower
-Quick scramble of Pullups and crunches
-Met-Rx MRP w/ Ice n Water
Done by with everything by 6 A

THE 7 Day a week DIET

-6AM Protein shake (38 gms P)
-6:30 Thermicore CRT

-8AM 1 apple/pear

-9:30 Lean Tuna/Turkey/Chicken wrap on Low carb "La Tortilla" tort with Hot sauce (30 gms P)

-11A 1 orange/apple

-1P Lean Tuna/Turkey/Chicken on spinach leaves with tomato or hot sauce

-4:30 Foreman grilled lean Fish/beef/turkey/chicken/shrimp (1 cut per evening) over either steamed Broccoli/asparagus/shrooms/bellpepper/spinach/cabbege

-5:15P been Binging on either a tub of FF cottage or cream cheese with splenda and cocoa or a SF FF pudding/mouse mix w/ water and Protein powder for thickness or maybe even a tub of frozen FF Cool whip!

Havent been eating grains/breads aside from the LC torts, no beans, potatoes, and have only been drinking Water aside from the shakes for Months now. And have stayed far away from refined sugars as far as i can tell.

Looking great but feeling sluggish, whatta ya guys think? In need of weekly Refeeds or what? I feel to guilty to ever spoil what Ive done even with one meal, it sucks.

Dude. I really think you should think about what you are doing to your body and your long-term health. There is no culture in the world with mainstream aspirations to be that skinny for males. Why do you do it? Seriously. Seek help. I really think that if I saw you, I would think you look really weak and frail. I wouldn't even notice your chiseled chest. Believe me when I say that I have high standards for leanness, too.

One thing that is true is that after dieting, overfeeding will lead to mostly lean-mass gains for a few weeks. I really suggest eating 20*bodyweight for 2 weeks then cutting back to slightly above maintenance calories. I am telling you the truth when I say that you will gain almost all lean mass. Not necessarily muscle, but lean mass.

Your diet is meager. It doesn't provide you with what your body needs to be healthy. I imagine that your testosterone is very low, and your testicles may actually be atrophying a little bit. You may actually have trouble getting yourself "up". I'm not trying to be mean, but this is probably the truth. EAT, dude! Go to pizza hut and order 3 large pizzas and EAT! Continue to work out, but EAT! Trust me you will gain lean mass in the beginning.

I think you're kidding yourself if you think being 5'10" and 128 pounds is "looking great". You talk about retaining the muscle you have, but you can't possibly have any left to retain. I work with a guy who is 5'9" and 155 and he looks anorexic, I can't imagine what you look like.

The reason you feel sluggish is because your metabolism is probably in the shitter due to the insanely low calorie diet combined with overtraining. You aren't going to get the answers you want to hear coming from this crowd. Quit dieting and put on some damn muscle. I've had girlfriends that weigh more than you and they looked damn good.

Thanks Plornive, It frightened me how you knew about how my sex drive went out the window, "Ups" are fewer and far between and I stopped surfing porn alltogather, sad.

And I guess Im 5 9" 128 but that still makes no diff, It was the breasts and puffy Nips that really have me enjoying how I look now. I have a small frame and I swear I have some Pecs, shoulders, arms n Abs but your right, people refer to me as "very skinny"

I just am scared I will be to ashamed to take my shirt off again like I was from the 6th grade all theway up until last year.

Cheer up dude. You can plan a bulking diet, and your leanness will allow you to gain mostly muscle. I bet you can eventually get lean with a decent amount of muscle mass. You just have to give it time. If, once you get some more lean mass on you, you can't get rid of puffy nips, you can try other strategies to get rid of the nips. Right now just concentrate on eating and don't feel bad about it at all. No one will think you look fat, and hopefully you will start to look at yourself in a more reallistic and objective fashion, instead of selectively morphing your self-image in your mind.

You could look more "chiseled" if you had more muscle to chisel. With more muscle mass, you'll have a higher metabolism since muscle is metabolically active, so keeping the fat off would be much easier than it is now.

From a female point of view...
While women like abs and chiseled muscles, they DO NOT like when a guy is so skinny that it makes them feel fat.

Check out Clarence Bass. He's certainly not the biggest bodybuilder, but he's probably the leanest. He's a big proponent of adding muscle gradually to minimize fat gain. http://www.cbass.com/index.htm

My downward spiral twoard becoming Puny anorexic freak is nearing its end. I am finally seeing now that I am in fact, Too Thin. Im getting a Pizza for lunch today and plan to eat well over the weekend. Ill probably eat some FF ice cream tonight as well!
I like the idea of Building up some Mass and then re-chisling my more massive body to the point I am satisfied with now.

try this bro start taking in 12 times your body weight in calories always takin in one gram per pound in body weight in calories. every week go up about 20- 30 carbs and 0-5 grams in fat or dont go up at all EVERY week. eat catfish or sometype of fish everyday to get your fish fats in and take flaxseed oil these should help with sex drive and testosterone. keep upping the carbs like i said slightly every week to avoid fat gain. try to train at low reps with more weight. bulk slowly and smart, dont go up in cals to fast because you cant force your body to grow at any faster rate it will only grow at a certain steady rate so just go up in carbs slightly. its a hell of alot better to be thick with some abs or skinny as fuck with abs.
 
another thing. you should really try to get bigger, i heard you were complaining about loss of sex drive or testicular atrophy, in just my opinion it may not be true but it seems the bigger i get in lean body mass more sex drive and even bigger wanker it seems maybe cause im 21 and still growing but the more you eat the bigger you get and more you train testosterone goes up and i beleive in my case i grow everywhere not sayin this to be funny. i also think u should try taking in glutamine it is supposed to increase growth hormone. but stay away from the roids, i hear too many complaints with people on that shit they loose gains get addicted to cycles and lots of side effects and alot of them look bloated in the face and bloated period they got the un natural looking knotted up squiggly veins that look unnatural, you can do it the natural way good luck, give my diet a shot if u like but mine isnt the only one this site has shitloads of diet info check it out bro it will take time and effort, we have all struggled but be a man suck it up train and eat and go bang some babes when your jacked make shure theyre big booty hoes of course
 
Hey hansel, I think i could be of some inspiration to you or at least give you some motivation cuz i was in the same boat you are. any way, here's my story.
When i was 17 i became obsessed w/ working out and dieting.
I started high school weighing 175 lbs. By the time i was a sophmore i weighed 140, then things got out of hand, i started eating just once a day, usually just a salad, and i thought i was looking better and better but actually i was becoming anorexic. It came to the point where i could barely walk let alone workout. At my lowest i weighed 85 lbs. at a height of 5'7, no shit....my doctor told me if i even cought a common cold i could die. thats when it hit me, this is not how i want to look or feel--i had no energy whatsoever, and my sex drive was non-existent, i broke up with my girl friend, and she was simply amazing, but i could not take letting her see me in the condition i was in. anyway, i started eating anything and everything, it was the only way i could break the habit of not eating. after a while i regained the energy to begin working out. Now, at 19, in a little under 2 years i have put on over 85 lbs, i'm still obsessed w/ working out, but it is a healthy obsession in my opinion. I have rebuilt my body, 10% body fat, weigh around 170ish and am getting ready to compete in my first b.b. competition. sorry for the long post, but i hope it helps.. get your shit together, it will be hard but you do not want to get into hte position i was in, it was pure hell.... start eating and dont worry too much about how much at first just start eating then once you break the habit, really try to get your diet in check and put on some solid muscle and reap the rewards.
