Overhead press alternatives?

My shoulders hurt like hell when i do overhead presses or an arnold press. Last time put my shoulder out for a week and now I'm afraid to do them again. Are there any alternatives? Or maybe just use a lot less weight? Now that I'm writing this I'm thinking, maybe I should check my form.
@PineTree i try not to do anything overhead due to shoulders
you can do 1 hand arm raises for shoulders slowly low weight

if you're overdoing it and doing too much heavy weight it's easy to cause injuries
it's important to use proper form regardless

hopefully your shoulder doesn't get blown out
I want to do everything that people online are doing

just don't do anything overhead
whether it's pushing or pulling

overhead presses also ruin your discs
and they're not necessary to build nice shoulders

you'll get great results without tearing your shoulders in the process
it can be done properly

Ouch, that sounds rough! It's smart that you're thinking about checking your form—that can make a huge difference. For alternatives, you might want to try the landmine press or lateral raises, as they’re usually easier on the shoulders. Dumbbell presses with a neutral grip or even lighter machine presses can also be good options. Definitely start with lighter weights to see how your shoulders handle it, and always listen to your body. Pain is your body's way of telling you something's not right, so don't push through it!
