I eat quite a bit 4 meals a day + inbetween snacks but it's mostly carbs,
I'm def doing to much cardio atm.I personally think a small cycle will benefit me.
So maybe cut out the 1-andro and do the 4 weeks + pct or just a 1-andro cycle?

4 meals a day ain't gonna cut it ,you need to double that, and get a gram & 1/2 of protein for every lb of bodyweight.
