Opinions/ideas/advice wanted!

I eat quite a bit 4 meals a day + inbetween snacks but it's mostly carbs,
I'm def doing to much cardio atm.I personally think a small cycle will benefit me.
So maybe cut out the 1-andro and do the 4 weeks + pct or just a 1-andro cycle?
Orrrrrrrrrrrrrrr not?




4 meals a day ain't gonna cut it ,you need to double that, and get a gram & 1/2 of protein for every lb of bodyweight.

been training for four years on/off, but shit load of cardio. im planning on cutting back on the cardio inorder to help gain the muscle, any suggestions for a workout routine, i still want to keep any gain relatively lean and strength up, compound exercises mainly?? and any protein type(brand)/supplement suggestions?

You can start doing high interval to interval cardio just on treadmill 20mins twice a week this will help you getting your body fat down without loosing much of muscles.
Stick to compound exercises.
If you knw well about training you can use hypertrophy workouts this will help you butting lean muscle mass quickly.
And no 1 eat eat eat heaps of clean food.
If I was you I would be using wpi/wpc mix protein and casine protein.
Start taking 60grm of dextrose straight after your training. You will see the diff in no time.
 
I love when people say they eat a lot and can;t gain weight. Well, EAT MORE!

Add 2 BIG BLASTS a day mixed with whole milk. You'll gain.
