please, feedback on what i'm taking...

just wanted to hear some feedback on the products and effects of the stuff below, and when taken simultaneously...

iso 100 - 4-5 servings / day

sizeon - one serving pre workout

dark matter - one serving post workout

sus 500 - 2 tabs / day

winstrol - 45mg every other day

lipo 6x - two morning, two afternoon / day

let me know if this is a good mix and if i should change/add/take away

what i'm looking for is to be a solid 190lbs, pretty ripped, perfectly proportioned

right now my stats are:

5'9 182lbs
body fat about 10% ( want to get down to about 6-7%)

wrist 7
neck 16
chest 43 (want 44-45)
arms 16 (want 17.5-18)
waist 36 (want 32-34)
hips 39
quads 23 (want 26-28)
calves 15 (want 17-18)

also.....any suggestions for a workout that would help achieve these results

thank you

These are pro hormones obviously so i can't offer advice on the supps. i hear great things about size on though. Let us know how it turns out. You could easily reach your goals with just the protein and sizeon. Then you wouldn't have to worry about the sides from the pro hormones.

at 182 10% u have a waistline of 36 ?

that seems odd to me unless u drank to much booooooooooooze

realistically his waist should be around 32 maybe 34 if he is pretty ripped as he says...i'm 5'11 235lbs 16%BF with a 36-38" waist...

can't really help with the prohormones though...don't touch them..too many sides compared to aas and not anywhere close to the same benefit...but on a serious note, i don't really see you gaining 5" of thick muscle to your quads on a supplement stack over a what, 6-10 week time frame...but if you want them to grow that much, you better throw on a ton of 45lb. plates and squat til your dead!!!

actually after looking at all your size gain goals, IMO only the real deal will get these results in a short time frame...but if you're patient and train/diet right, you can hit these goals over time

I don't know what it is, but "dark matter" is a really bad name.
dark matter
noun Astronomy
(in some cosmological theories) nonluminous material that is postulated to exist in space and that could take any of several forms including weakly interacting particles ( cold dark matter) or high-energy randomly moving particles created soon after the big bang ( hot dark matter).

+1, bad name, just sounds nocuous... maybe Big Bang would've been a better name, try to stay away from supplements that are named after astronomical circumstance... :chomp:

i do my waistline measurements where they are supposed to be done...around the bellybutton, no cheating

i don't drink alcohol at all

as far as the dark matter is concerned, i'm looking for feedback from people who know what it is, not for opinions on their marketing

thanks guys...

how come we have to wait 10 mins before we can make another post??

Okay, let's cut to the chase.

You want everything that everybody wants. Supplements aren't going to do that for you.

You need to adopt the bodybuilding lifestyle and see where it takes you. For now, the only supps I'd recommend is a good multi (I suggest DX7) and a good protein (I suggest BIG BLAST) and a good test booster (I suggest UNLEASHED). That's it. Other than that, lift, eat, sleep, repeat.

EF members realize that supps just add a few percentage points in your favor. Have you been on the BB.com board? They talk about supps like they're talking about Tren. it's a joke. They just want to talk about what they're taking. You'll get honest answers here -- whether you like it or not.

ok.... going back to what i originally posted, i'm looking for feedback on what i'm taking... i have a couple supplements there, some steroids, and some prohormones, i want to make sure its a good mix.....obviously theres proteins, theres a testosterone booster, and even fat burners...please, if you don't know the products than you can't help me with them... i do appreciate your opinions

i pretty much have a good lifestyle in check...

6 meals per day
gym two times a day 1 in morning, 1 at night, not more than 2 hours total per day
mixed cardio and weight training
library in between...(gotta workout the brain also)

please be a little more specific. you first stated that what i want supplements won't do. then you suggested 3 supplements and a bodybuilding lifestyle. so what are you saying? lift more with no supplements or add more illegal steroids? also, please compare the products that you suggested to the ones that i am taking.

working out is not new to me. i went from 145lbs to 185 lbs naturally over the course of 4 years. i feel like i have hit a plateau.
