Bodybuilding serious/semi serious for 8 years.
Weight 200lbs Height 6ft Arms; 17 inches:quads 24 inches. Im 30, have abs showing, and small waist with broad shoulders. My problem has always been not eating enough. never used before. have done research.
Strength: 225lb bench for about 12 (Max 265)
305lb squat for about 3 sets of 10
I came up with this stack
1 Sust 250 a week.
200 mg Deca a week
2 anadrol50 a week
For 6-8 weeks then off 4-8 then repeat.
Questions:
1. what days of the wek should I take them?
2. Will I need Novaldex for this stack....I didnt think so, because I think the 2 anadrol per week shouldnt bet that bad. Any thoughts?
3. how many calories should I be eatingon this?
4. will Creatine be effective during this?(couldnt hurt right?)
5. What kind of weight and strength gain could I expect.
6. also not sure how to taper down.
