one year later

here is a new pic of me, and one taken about a year ago, natural. i am about 10 lbs up in second pic, and more cut. i have learned a thing or two about diet and AAS use in past year. comments appreciated.

first pic 180 or so, at 5.10 1/2. now 190-192. waist 33" or 34" depending on brand of pant/shorts i buy. age: older than most of you young f@#$^'s so no mean comments. wouldnt mind getting up to 198 or 200 but i still have fantastic metabolismi and would take a lot of food and drugs.

third pic is wheels shot. sorry about the goofy briefs.

shaved goatee of but growing back. think i look better. (would post for nonplats but figuring out how to use image shack lately is more difficult than finding the cure for cancer).

Good gains mate i am 6 months in to training since starting properly and have pics of me one year ago and looking for similar gains i.e more musle less B.F.

I have noticed most people seemed to get more tanned was there body starts improving especially in here (before and after pics) amazing that

thanks for kind comments. coming to end of cycle of test/tren. think i have gone a little too long at 10 weeks. none of my shirts are fitting me anymore AND have lost BF around waist. all my clothes fitting differently.

i have put on about 8 or 9 lbs but i am surprised at the rapid and signficant transformation. added tren after fifth week after using test only. tren is the true miracle AAS. no sides like dreaded night sweats this time either.

way too young, since you are 17! boy when i was your age noone even knew what steroids were. do you know many guys your age who use? judging by your profile pic you are on right track anyhow.
