Once you have package - where to open?

Ok say you got your mail order package, domestic source, sitting in your vehicle in your driveway. Where should you open it in case there is one of those signal things inside? Should I drive out to the middle of nowhere or just open it and take a chance?

Yeah one of those things that signals the cops that you opened the package. Sometimes they intercept them and stick some device in there that is activated when you open it. I read all about it in Rick Collins's book. He didnt really offer a gameplan on how to deal with it, just that lots of people have gotten busted that way.

There's really not a game plan for that. What u need to do is it to take a very very good look at the package and look for signs of violations, if it looked like somebody has messed with it you better be safe and get rid off it.

If it looks cool, then Go to your best friend's house with the package and open it up there. Before leaving the house, i'd write "wrong adress" in the package, and I would ride my bicycle with package in a backpack pretending that u are returning it. If the cops already know what you are doing, they probably already have a search warrant only for ur house adress, it is unlikely they would have one for your friend's house, so u can open it safely. I mean, even if it triggers the alarm, cops cannot go into your friend's house without a search warrant, unless you let'em in. If u get stopped in-route, deny deny deny, u know nothing about the package and that u were heading to the post office to return it. U still gonna get nailed anyways.

If ur source is domestic, then get a 24 hour Private Mail box, and go there in the middle of the night when is easily to scan the area for suspiscious activity, or if being followed by cops.

Ok what I did was take it to work and open it in the parking lot. Made sure nobody was following me. I figured if there was a signaling device it would take the cops several minutes to get there, so I could rush into the B-Room and dump the stuff into a toilet, then they could search wherever they wanted.

Anyhow - no device

I doubt there was any way my job would be risked, for one I wasnt even in the building ( if you read my post... ), if I was to flush it wouldent have been on our office floor. Plus I basically built the company from the ground up, Im a major shareholder, firing me would essentially put them out of business. Our in house law team is 2 offices down, and Im good friends with the lead, he would have told any cops to get lost without a search warrent.

I didnt hear any ideas from you jokers, please post up instead of just dogging people if you are so smart about these things.
