No doubt and because of it I decided to post my progress stats so far. In my first postbox will see that I stated at 188lbs and roughly 18% BF. Now I say roughly because the only way I have of measuring my BF is by the hand held machine at the gym which I took 5 consecutive days of calculations to make sure it was correct. The same goes for the following. As I weighed myself today at the gym for the first time since starting, my weight was 202. Of corse I was a lil scared because this is all new to me and I was like no way in hell did I gain 14lbs. As I'm waking over to ask the trainer to take my body fat, I was nervous thinking I was eating to much, etc....when the reading for my BF popped up at 15.2 I was so happy and couldn't believe it. I was stunned! Did I really gain 14lbs and drop almost 3% BF in 2 months? Am I dreaming lol? I can't even put into words what I was feeling. Needless to say, my shoulder and trap workout today was sick. Seeing the numbers made me want to work out for hours lol. You guys don't even know how great I feel.
