on my way to North Dakota looking for work... any connects hit me up...

for sure... you move up in the qeueu for all jobs requiring a truck to be driven to location. Plus, oil and water haulers are just flat out of drivers. Most are paying sign on bonuses to get you started.

Even if you just drive a truck in an oilfield area your wages will get pulled up for this. Like beer and soft drink haulers are dying here because all the drivers are in the oilfield.

huh, i figured that would require a Class A, which i shoulda got it was paid for and i had the option.
don't have a manual tranny endorsement, which would require retaking the test...not sure if push button trannys, which apparently is what most newer big rigs have, requires a manny cert

Yeah.. you are talking over my head. I can send you some want ads if you want to look in it further.

Well, im one of the owners so prob not

I am just going off my experience - you guys probably don't have a drug problem like here. When I started working in the oilfield seems the worst thing anyone did was come in hungover - totally different crowd now. You could not pay me to work with these fucks, unless they are mexican crews.

Since Canandians copy Americans on everything, I figure all your oilfield workers will be tweeks before too long. I could be wrong - maybe you guys are all clean -eh?
:)

In the States, drug testing is required by law by the DOT for safety sensitive jobs in Transportation. The DOT authority extends to oil and gas pipelines.
