So I'm starting my cycle tommorrow
1-4 Dieselbolan and Tren TFO
2-9 Test-e @ 250/week
4-6 Dermacrine
6-10 Beastdrol and Tren TFO

I'm looking to get alot of mass in my chest back and arms. I Just started Starr's 5x5 last week.

Question is is this the BEST routine to really hit my chest and get my back arms and chest to their max?
 
ok just seems like benching those 2x a week isnt enough chest doesnt feel sore. Cause each day I do it i only have 1 set that is anything even close to heavy. Doesnt seem like im training it enough
 
Make sure you are using correct form for the bench press. It's easy to be shoulder dominant and not really work the chest if form is compromised.
