Holy shit DNP is fucking psychotic shit I started at 195 was pretty damn solid maybe at 14% bf max did one run for 15 days at 400mg ed.Ate Taco bell macdonalds all kinds of shit foods that normally disgust me but for some reason now I craved and especially sugary shit wich I absolutely hate,I dont even like Ice cream.Anyhow I cut my cardion sessions in half because was my first time runing it did 400calories on the eliptical in the morning on empty stomach ed before my lifting wich was light short and sweet.Got done with that and when I finished and the water bloat from it went away I was down to 186.Took 15 days off and started runing it again at 400mg per day but now I knew the stuff better and what to expect so I increased the cardio sessions by double doing 600-800 calories per day on the eliptical in the morning and holy crap I am losing over a pound per day.Today I was down to 178 when I weighed myself.Mind you I have not lost 1 mm from my arms.Abs are showing even veins in abs are showing.I think doubling the cardio has caused me to retain no water and I am seing everything as I go along instead of being a balloon like the first run.Mind you I am on 2.2 grams of gear and 4ius of gh a day wich I just started.I am 5'6" 178 and possibly 8-9% bf right now gona finish this run then by that time the deca,eq,test should be kicked in to full effect since I started it a week earlier than my first dnp run.Once I stop the dnp gona increase calories to clean bulking mode and add in 15 ius of slin post work out for 4 weeks stop then bulk again with out the slin.Trying to get to 220 with minimal fats gains runing GH at 4-6ius the whole year.We will see how it goes overall really happy right now except for what it says on the scale,wich I cant believe I am this light.i am sure once I drink a bit of water and stuff Ill be back around 182 though.Dont really want to get bellow 175.
