OMFG I am going to jump off a bridge weighed 178lbs this morning when I weighed mysel

Holy shit DNP is fucking psychotic shit I started at 195 was pretty damn solid maybe at 14% bf max did one run for 15 days at 400mg ed.Ate Taco bell macdonalds all kinds of shit foods that normally disgust me but for some reason now I craved and especially sugary shit wich I absolutely hate,I dont even like Ice cream.Anyhow I cut my cardion sessions in half because was my first time runing it did 400calories on the eliptical in the morning on empty stomach ed before my lifting wich was light short and sweet.Got done with that and when I finished and the water bloat from it went away I was down to 186.Took 15 days off and started runing it again at 400mg per day but now I knew the stuff better and what to expect so I increased the cardio sessions by double doing 600-800 calories per day on the eliptical in the morning and holy crap I am losing over a pound per day.Today I was down to 178 when I weighed myself.Mind you I have not lost 1 mm from my arms.Abs are showing even veins in abs are showing.I think doubling the cardio has caused me to retain no water and I am seing everything as I go along instead of being a balloon like the first run.Mind you I am on 2.2 grams of gear and 4ius of gh a day wich I just started.I am 5'6" 178 and possibly 8-9% bf right now gona finish this run then by that time the deca,eq,test should be kicked in to full effect since I started it a week earlier than my first dnp run.Once I stop the dnp gona increase calories to clean bulking mode and add in 15 ius of slin post work out for 4 weeks stop then bulk again with out the slin.Trying to get to 220 with minimal fats gains runing GH at 4-6ius the whole year.We will see how it goes overall really happy right now except for what it says on the scale,wich I cant believe I am this light.i am sure once I drink a bit of water and stuff Ill be back around 182 though.Dont really want to get bellow 175. :evil:
 
lol over 2 grams and your 180lbs. Good job on cutting up bro but may want to reavaluate some things if you have to use that much gear.
 
notice that I said I just started using 2 grams 3 weks ago so hasnt kicked in yet becasue I am using the waiting period while it kicks in to cut up to 7% bf.Notice that I am also 180 at 5'6" with a 29 waist and around 9% BF and been off for around 8 months with out touchin anything but protein powder.Arms around 17 1/2 cold.Not really into measurements but my friends took them last night at gym.I plan on going up to 220 at around 7-9% bf within the year.dont let the weight fool you 180 is NOT small at 5'6 if your lean as hell.
 
I had one on my avatar at 205 at around 12% for ever but had to take it down for security reasons.I have too many tatoos.Ill throw some up when Im through with the dnp and get into the bulking stage.
 
180-220lbs hey? That would be one hell of a gain. 40lbs of pure muscle in one cycle.... if you can pull that off, it'll be the best gains I've ever seen. Not only that, your ability to make gains would probably be better than any normal human, and even a lot of the top pros in the sport.

Also notice that the cycle consist of one whole year runing GH throught it at 6ius per day and cycling and cruising the cycle periods with no les than 2 grams of gear per week.I am well aware of what can be gained and what cant bro I am not saying 40lbs of lbm but 40lbs in a year is not a lot considering that I have been training for a long time and have never done a cycle to purely bulk.the 180 lbs I carry with me right now are mainly natural weigh,since I have done mostly light cutting cycles in the past.
 
im 183lbs @10%BF(5'7) and i'm very young, please don't act high and mighty. You have a long way to go.

cut down your cycle, 2g's + GH is nothin to mess with, not to mention you only weigh 180 pounds man.

what will be your 2nd or 3rd cycle?

I will never run DNP again without gear. For me, I lost a lot of muscle and a lot of fat. It does work, but make sure to have something that spares muscle. I'm currently running 400mg/day DNP with 100mg/day Tren. Can't wait to see the results as I have done DNP only cycles. I'm not sure if I could get by with less tren, bit I get no sides with this dosage.
